So Sakuracon was great. Not quite as fun as last year, but still fun. I cosplayed as Jessie from Pokemon on Thursday and Saturday; and Pris from Blade Runner on Friday and Sunday. I was a little disapointed that not many people knew who Pris was, but I guess that's what I get for wearing that to an Anime convention. One of these years I'll have to get myself over to a sci-fi con, since sci-fi is definitely my first love, not anime/manga.
Like always, it was really fun to meet up with the other Pokemon cosplayers, I can't wait to see them again next year! (I think Jessie's going to be one of those ones I don't retire for a while... I have just got to do something about that wig...)
Now to decide who else to be for next year...

My hours got cut very badly at work, so between intervewing and looking for new jobs, and freaking out about rent, I have actually had quite a bit of free time. Mostly I have been knitting and crocheting things. I wish I had more patience, though. I always get tired of projects halfway through, and rarely finish them near the same time I started them, unless they are really quick. Hence 'Happy Crochet Cherries' being the only new knit/crochet thing of mine on here, even though I have 15+ projects I am woring on right now. >_< I am actually almost done with a crochet Oddish I am working on. Woot.

Yup. That's about it. Now it's time to get going with my day!
